As the Director of Business Operations, Kennetha's passion, enthusiasm and honesty will leave you feeling informed and supported as you take those first steps towards hope and healing! She is responsible for the day-today operations of the practice which includes appointment scheduling, coordinating clinician schedules, answering billing inquiries, filing insurance claims, and registering clients for upcoming groups and workshops. She also manages the marketing and promotional efforts of the practice including web management, social media marketing and coordinating special events. She confers regularly with the clinical director to ensure seamless organizational operations between clinical and administrative staff.

 

Kennetha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and Masters of Science in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University. A consummate multi-tasker, it is Kennetha that maintains the practice's flow. In addition to the Director of Business Operations, she is also employed with The Ohio State University as the Program Marketing Specialist for OSU Extension and she is also the owner of Blackberry Confections LLC, a cupcake catering company! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
